Shipping Policy

Delivery available to UK, Europe and worldwide at the following rates:

Flowers Only:

Fascinators / Headdresses:

Fasinators and Bridal Headdresses are charged at a flat fee of £2.95

Flowers and Fascinators & Headdresses:

For orders combining both Flowers and Headwear, a flat rate of £4.95 will be charged for UK delivery only.

A delivery option must be selected at the checkout. Orders received with no/incorrect shipping will not be processed.

UK Shipping cost are subject to VAT, which is added at the current rate at the checkout.

For orders over 10 items and wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly.

All prices are correct at the time of change, but may change without notice. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate at the checkout.

Refund Policy

A full refund of goods (excluding postage) will be granted if the purchaser notifies us within 48 hours of receipt providing a valid reason for their return.

Goods must be returned in perfect condition within 10 working days of delivery.
